Me Stéphane Duval is a member of the firm’s Immigration Law and Civil Litigation groups. Throughout his years of practice, he has developed a sound expertise in Immigration Law matters, more particularly in the Business Class category. He provides to business and independent persons a wide range of legal services and advice in Immigration and cross-border matters. He also regularly appears before the courts and administrative tribunals of Quebec in cases involving Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law issues.

Me Duval is a member of the Montreal, Quebec and Canadian Bar Associations, as well as the Junior Bar Association of Montreal. He is a member of the Montreal Junior Chamber of Commerce and is also actively involved in non-profit organizations.

Me Duval was born in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec and obtained his Law degree from the University of Montreal in 1996. Since he was called to the Quebec Bar in 1997, he has practiced in Montreal. Before joining Robinson Sheppard Shapiro in 2002, he was a partner at Arcand Doyon Duval.
