Me Mélanie Boivin is an associate in the firm’s Immigration Law group. Over the years, she developed a sound expertise with business class immigrants – investors or entrepreneurs who wish to establish themselves in Canada. Her areas of practice include skilled-worker, family class and citizenship. Moreover, her practice has led her to work all around the globe, including Asia, South America and the Middle East.

Since 2002, Me Boivin has been on the executive committee of the Canadian Bar Association, Immigration and Citizenship branch. She is responsible for the business immigration matters. She is also a member of the Quebec Bar and of the Young Bar Association of Montreal.

Me Boivin was born in the city of Alma, Québec. She obtained her Law degree from the University of Sherbrooke in 1998. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 1999. Me Boivin has practised with Robinson Sheppard Shapiro since 2006.
