TAIWAN

Instructions

Police certificates are issued by the National Police Administration.
There are three issuance sites:
a) Kaohsiung
b) Taipei County
c) Taipei City

Applicants must provide:
1. Completed applications for police clearance certificates
2. Pre-stamped large envelope with the name and address of the visa mission and applicant file number clearly marked for delivery of results

TAJIKISTAN

Local applicants should apply through their local police station.

Overseas applicants should apply through the Consular Section of the nearest Embassy of Tajikistan

apply in person
provide Valid ID (including any change of name documents)

Overseas applicants must:
make request in writing indicating reason for request
provide complete name
Date of Birth,
Date and Addresses for residence
Fingerprints taken by a recognized authority
Fee of TT $50.00
