Relevant Document: Police clearance is a culmination of the following 4 documents

Document 1. Original Family Census Register (Hojok Deungbon) must be no more than one month old when submitted
Document 2. Original Resident Register (Jumin Deunglok Deungbon) must be no more than one month old when submitted
Document 3. Two (2) copies of the IMM 1052 forms (Han Moon) with a passport size photograph taken within the last 3 months attached at the left bottom of each (you may photocopy the IMM 1052 as necessary)
Document 4. Original Background form (Sinwon Hwakin Johoe) to which the identical photograph as mention above is attached
