Overseas applicants must contact the nearest Israeli Mission

Applicants must provide:
1. Copy of passport (carry your original passport when applying)
2. Four (4) passport sized photographs
3. Fee of $4ILS payable in cash or money order (personal checks not accepted)

ITALY

Relevant document - Police clearance is a culmination of two seperate documents issued by the Procura della Repubblica presso il tribunale de residenza per uos emigrazione:

Document 1. Certificato Penale Generale Del Casellario giudiziale
Document 2. Certificato Dei Carichi Pendenti

You may provide written authorization for someone to act on your behalf in Italy.
