| Applications made by contacting: Hong Kong Police Certificate of No Criminal Conviction Office B1 Floor, Trade Department Tower 700 Nathan Road Kowloon Hong Kong Applicants must include: 1. Bank draft in the amount of HK$220.00 for each person, payable to "HONG KONG GOVERNMENT" (drafts in foreign currency must include a bank service charge, the current bank service charge is HK $100.00 for each draft). 2. Documentary proof that visa application has been made (i.e., copy of our letter requesting that they obtain certificate). 3. Full set of fingerprints, taken and certified by a recognized and official police or law enforcement agency where you currently reside. 4. Photocopy of Hong Kong ID card or travel document showing Chinese commercial code numbers for Chinese characters used for your name Note: Certification of the fingerprints taken must clearly state: a. The name and rank of the person taking the fingerprints. b. The full name of the police or law enforcement agency. c. The date and place taken. Fingerprints submitted that do not clearly show certification are not acceptable nor are Fingerprints taken by an applicant, a legal representative and private or commercial agency |
