1. Signed letter requesting police certificate
2. Signature must be certified at any German embassy or by a publiv authority or solicitor
3. Copy of your passport
4. Fee of 13.00Eur payable in advance to the Deutsche Bundesbank Filiale Bonn (bank code 380 000 00), Account Name "Bundeszentralregister", Account Number 380 01005. Payment can also be made by checks. Checks must be made out in Euro and drawn from a German bank
